The event will be located in downtown Middletown, Delaware right outside Town Hall.

No. This is a free festival.

We encourage you to to bring lawn chairs (without pop up umbrellas or coverings). Otherwise, it’s easier to list what you cannot bring into the festival, so here is a list of items that are NOT PERMITTED.
