Margaret Glaspy has been making waves in the music industry

Her recent EP The Sun Doesn't Think (ATO) follows her critically acclaimed album Echo The Diamond, which garnered praise from The New York Times, NPR, The New Yorker, and Rolling Stone.

Glaspy's creative process is as authentic as her music. She shares, "The simplicity of making this reminded me of why I make music. I took my acoustic guitar into the studio in March, played new songs in front of a microphone, and The Sun Doesn't Think was born in a couple of days." Her inspirations range from Tom Waits and Kim Gordon to the surrealist writings of Neil Gaiman, creating a sound that's both familiar and refreshingly unique.

Her 2023 album Echo The Diamond featured singles like "Act Natural," which reached the top 20 at AAA Radio—her highest chart position to date. With her ability to strip away artifice and reveal life's harsh truths and ineffable beauty, Margaret Glaspy promises to deliver an unforgettable performance at this year's festival.
